Enchanted Doll Tin

Well, I might not have my own Enchanted Doll anytime soon, but I couldn't  pass up the deal to get these collectible tins. They are big enough to house at least a 27cm doll, and of course the actual Enchanted Doll. A little to small for an MSD, but the possiblities are endless of what they can be used for. Even if just sitting out and being pretty. The shipping was extremly quick on this from Canada also. I purchased the Cinderella Tin (looks closer to what I had originally planned for JoAnna a few years ago) So pretty.

 

 

       

This Years Wish List (or What's Coming in For Sure)

Usually this time every year, I wind up making a "dolly wish list", but usually it gets too long and way out of hand by the end of the year, so this year, I'm just going to add to this list as a "what's coming in" list instead. As of now, there aren't really any dolls that I'm all that fired up about.  I think my collection is really good right now, and several are out for blushing and new faceups.  I am waiting right now to be able to see the new Feeple 65cm female in person to see if my Constance's (Luts DES) head will fit on this new body, but until DDE gets some, I'm okay about no new ones coming into the house. I do have still on layaway/preorder my new Izzy (FL LTF Luna), and the Dollzone baby from their Christmas Event from about two years ago.  

But today I started my shopping process of stuff. Just small, but things I've had bookmarked that I've wanted for a while. 

My JoAnna Turtledove I just love to death, but her Plantedoll Mini Riz body is less than desirable. From playing with her for over a year or so now, she's really not made well, AT ALL. She's a nice size, but her torso doesn't move, and her elbow joints are always getting backwards, plus her hand/wrist joints have always popped out of the socket. So for about the last several months I've been looking for a replacement. Unfortunately Fairyland hasn't come out with a slender size 27cm body, and not sure if they ever will. So I had two others similar in size in mind, the Limhwa To You girl, but after looking at her measurements, she's really tiny.  Then a friend of mine sent me the link to SouDoll's Jandi and her measurements are almost perfect compared to the Mini Riz's proportions.  I tried to find some comparison pictures but there aren't a lot there, but I've ordered her anyway, in white skin and no makeup. The Jandi head is really small also, so she wont be used for anything and probably sold. Here are some of the pictures from SoulDolls sight.  She's double jointed and can do many more poses than the Mini Riz. She's bigger busted than the Mini Riz, but I'd rather have that.  I'm pretty sure all of the outfits I already have will fit her and she'll probably look much better. I'm going to hold off on getting her blushed for at least a little while.

 

To go along with JoAnna, I had this bookmarked forever also, and went and ordered it today. I really don't like any of the Anime series, but some of the dolls or the props they come with are very useful. THe ZC Girl Sexy Witch Bunny is one such doll. I'll have to see in our local group  if anyone wants the doll herself, but the cape and all of the masks are mine. The long nose death mask is perfect for JoAnna and her character/background and the skulls can be used in House Mysterium.

    

And for my last little bit of damage today, I went over to look at the bookmark I had for DollHeart and their Yo-SD size outfits. They made Yo size Fers a while back and I wasn't able to get one when they first came out and pretty much gave up all hope of getting one, let alone both colors. But the last several months they have put them back up and have some in stock, YAHOO, so Serenity will be getting a Black Fer and Izzy will get a White Fer. I so can't wait to get pictures of them in these outfits. These are all stock photos from DollHeart.

   

        

These were some of the things I wanted to get in the last year and so excited they are coming now. I think me and PayPal have done enough damage for the day.

Dollfie Wish List

The Dolly wish list has started.  I actually thought that there weren't any new ones that were coming out or had come out that I wanted, but I've started making my list and the top of that list is Enchanted Doll.  These are made by Canadian artist Marina Bychkova, and are just absolutely stunning.  I had been looking at them since I saw them come out in the Sept/Oct issue of Haute Doll.  They are porcelain dolls, with ball joints, and china painted features.  They are the most delicate dolls I've ever seen and I've already got so many stories for one. I've got my eye on about three of them, but would only get one, considering the price.  I was watching Sweeney Todd the other day, and had a great idea for one, already have her name and a short history.  When you order from her site you are able to order them with a ton of customization.

Next is Fairyland Little Fee, one girl to replace my Bambicrony Izzy's body and one for FireHoth to have sit on his desk, the new Strider.  I love my Izzy, especially her face, but when I'm posing the dolls and doing various tasks with them, I really like for them to pose much better than what they do.  So if a new doll body comes out, with multiple joints, I'm all over that.  The new Little Fee's are like this from what I've been able to find out.  They have that extra knee and elbow joint that allows much more range of motion.  For Izzy, she'll just get the basic girl body.  I know I can get either skin tones, (white, normal).  As much as I'd love for her to have a "sleeping" face, I wont be able to get one, because then her entire face would change, and I love the Bambicrony Pepe face for her.  I've been wanting to get one for FireHoth for so long and the little Strider that they have out would be great just for him to have sitting on his desk while he's "gaming".  I'm sure he'll pose him and talk to him while playing either WOW or Everquest 2.

One thing that I have been thinking about with Izzy is changing her head just slightly. Bambicrony has an Elf Pepe girl out and I just love her ears and her makeup on her. She's got that "Izzy" attitude that I just love and that might be the only way she'll get a new faceup change.

Next any of the Tonners A Christmas Carol, Agnes Dreary or the  Alice in Wonderland series.  I just truly love all of these from Tonner.  Mostly I'd like to get just the outfits, since they fit on most of my MSD dolls, like Harley, Evelynn or even the Morningstar Twins. Depending on which male doll is use, some of the outfits can fit on Nyteshade even.  I'll be going down to DDE in the next couple of weeks with some of the ladies from our local group, so I'll be able to try on some oufits and check and see what they have in stock, maybe put something in layaway or use my gift certificate to the store.

Next, I'm on the list for the new Minimee MSD head of Johnny Depp as Icahbod Crane. I'm so excited to be on a group order for a Minimee head.  The Minimee heads are head that are made to look like celebrities, and this one is going to be a MSD size to look like Johnny Depp.  There have been several heads that have come out in the last year or so, but most of them, if not all I think have been SD size, and I didn't need another SD size boy.  Now and MSD size one will work great in my Alice In Wonderland Room already.  I think that I've already found his outfit, shoes, and wig.  Need to figure out the eyes, and if I want white skin or normal.  I'm thinking since he's going to be a cross between Icahbod Crane and The Mad Hatter, he'll be white skin.

And for all of this I need myself a second sugar daddy.  Any takers???????
