I love being able to photograph the dolls in differnt ways and I had seen these "dollfie backrops" a while ago and finally broke down and bought some and they are really nice. They are silkscreened and come in several sizes. I bought three for the 27cm and under dolls, The Magic Stage, Old Stage, and Chessfloor Room, (which is my favorite) and one Halloween Eve SD size one. I wasn't sure where I was going to put them, but the most logical place was for them to be right next to the window in the doll room.  The Chessfloor Room is the one up first.

They even work with my littles subjects.

Wysp Gets a Home of Her Own

Little Man has been home with the Black Plague for the last couple of days, and he's been sleeping and watching TV in his room.  So that I could keep a better eye on him, I've been staying upstairs and hanging out in the Doll Room. Well, this turned out better than I thought it could. While he's been going in and out of fevers and overdosing on SpongeBob, I've been extremly creative.

I was cleaning up some things in the Doll Room and noticed that Wysp is always hanging on JoAnna. I mean, just sitting on her lap or on her shoulder. I know she's imaginary but sometimes you need your own little space. And little space is what she got. I had thought about finding her some sort of little Faery dwelling on line, but I didn't want it to be too big. So after giving Little Man some medication to keep his cough under control, I got to work scrambling around my craft room and what I could use for her, before he woke up for his next dose. I had several little boxe's set up for her but they just didn't seem right and then I went into the Nursery to look for something and found a 10x10 hat box that had been used for the wedding that was just holding stuff and then I figured it out. The hat box would be the perfect little room for her. It really wouldn't take up much room in JoAnna's room as it is and I could pack it full of everything that I think Wysp needed. 

I placed everything to how I thought it would look, then found a paper for the floor, the ceiling and back major wall. Then go the idea to give her light. I had a little battery operated candle tea light and cut a hole in the top of the box and now she has a nice warm glow from above when needed. 

Here is JoAnna's room, the Parfume shop above and in the left hand side is Wysp's little house.

Edith & Agnes see a Wysp

See no evil, speak no evil, say no evil.  Wysp has made her presence known to the Poe sisters and I think only for the simple fact that they will have potions and elixirers in the shop.  They make a great trio, but usually when three of the gang get together, trouble happens.

There's A Wysp in the Air

Dolly Mail

Just an entire day of dolly goodness. Will put up better pictures in a few days but got these on my phone. Wysp, Abby, Mal and mole caretaker are home. Along with outfits from spampy and a eBay score.

Telling Secrets

So, with having an Imaginary being in the house, exactly who else besides JoAnna can see her?  Well, it seems that Lord Markoff Valentine can, at least when he's in his Chimera face he can.  And little Wysp just had to go and tell him some secrets of the house.

I think he thinks I gave him some sort of snack.

Wysp's House Bed

So, while surfing on Etsy, which I love and need to do at night, I found the cutest little BOS pages for my books, (post later) but also from the same lovely lady came this cute bed, and I knew it just had to be for Wysp.  Now she can go anywhere in the house and I don't have to take her main bed down.  I've even gone back to my 20xZoom camera and have been getting some fantastic shots.

I think she's pleased and she will stop hiding my sunglasses now.

 

Perfectly nice and soft for her.  She better get some use out of it now, because in about a week or so, she's going to the spa.

 

She even has her own personal stash of Fairy Dust always by her side.

 

I've been liking her in her sleep face more and more.  She just looks like she's up to no good, all the time now.

Wysp's Skin(s)

So little Wysp escaped from off the Lati Wonderland Table, and took off all of her clothes.  I think she's trying to tell me something.  She's so cute, and hoping to get her blushed all over soon.  But she wanted to pose and show off my new skin for my MackBook also.

 

 

 

 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 

Just a Wysper

I've been so bad lately at getting the gang dressed.  I have these great outfits for everyone, and they sit in the boxes for weeks, sometime months.  But Wysp got me the other day and demanded a fitting.  Her first dress is from Etsy's Willows Wardrobe.  Very cute knitted little dress, perfect for a sprite. The color is Autumn Leaves and works great with her shoes.

    

Next outfit is a jumper from Spampy Wear. I like the jumpers because she can move really well, and still be covered.  If I ever find the right pair of wings for her, she might not ever wear clothes.

A Faery House

Since I knew Wysp was going to come and live here, I just couldn't let her not have a home.  So we picked up this little one before she came in, and I'm still in the Process of painting it.  I plan on putting white shingles on the roof, and actually going to put a layer of glitter all over it.  I want it to shine. But before we had our meet, I was able to get some of it done.  She even has a few pieces of furniture.  Wysp is wearing a Spampy hat with bells, (invisible sprites need some type of warning) and a knitted dress from Willows Wardrobe on Etsy.  It's so cute and fits like a glove.
