JoAnna is Still Crazy

But now she has the right colored and size eyes. I love how these look on her. They look so great in person. They are a mix of two different colors and depending on the way she looks or the camera angle they are different each time.

A Pretty Little Ballerina

New and freshly arrived from Sophie's Attic, JoAnna received a pretty pink Ballerina outfit. It's a two piece outfit with a rosette hair piece.  As soon as Zozo put this up, I had to have it and already had the story in my head of her wearing it.  She's just wandering the halls and doing her swan dance.  I'm pretty sure I'll have to put up a bar and mirror in her rooms.

    

      

     

      
 
 
  
  
 

Do Blondes Have More Fun or Red Heads?

So the ultimate question is do blondes have more fun? Well, with actual people that I know who are blonde seem to have loads of fun, so I thought I would try that with JoAnna.  I got a really pretty white Goodreau wig from DDE a few weeks ago and it's beautiful. I think it's called Lilly in size 4-5.  Fits great, and doesn't fall off her head, but JoAnna doesn't seem to look right in bangs. I actually cut the back and made it a little shorter and short works great on her.

 

I recently purchased four, yes count them four wigs from Monique.  The are all size 4-5 and model is Brook. I got them in the colors of Bleach Blond, Carrot Red, Honey Blond and Light Peach Blond.  She decided to put on a "wig" show for me and standing next to the new Rumm House. Hair Today...

...Gone tomorrow.  Not exactly.  We've been renovating in the house, and old furniture has gone out, brand new has come in, along with some really nifty side tables.  Well, while putting them together I found another great spot to take some pictures with a plain background.  Plain for now, but will probably get some stripped paper to put on the wall just to see how it works.  JoAnna got the first treatment, and had to fix her hair before more pictures could be taken.  She's very happy when she gets a day pass.

       

I have a permanent seating for the little ones now in the living room.  Nothing to big, or else they will take over, but something cute for them to sit on and take outside if need be.  JoAnna is showing it off now.  I actually got this for her, about a year ago, and with all of the changes in the living room, I now have a great place to put it.

       

      
 
 
 
 
 
 

A Barbie Day In Wonderland

My love of props is seriously going to make me nuts.  I've only been waiting for this couch for months, and it's finally here. The Jonathan Adler Barbie couch.  So nice.  I originally got it for JoAnna, but I think I'm going to keep it on my nightstand and that way several of them can sit there at night.  If I put it in her room, I'd have to totally redo it, and I like JoAnna's room how it is.  This will be good for other places in the house.

    
 
The Barbie collection of Alice In Wonderland has started to ship, and my very own Mad Hatter is home. He's basically here waiting to be undressed for whenever Planet Doll decides to make their Mini boy.  This outfit will be the perfect carnival outfit for him.  I love the red hair also.  I was able to see Alice in Wonderland on Saturday, and oh my god, best movie ever.

    

    
 
 
 
 

Party Planners

While getting set up for our four year anniversary meet last week, the girls wanted to get dressed up also. Everyone wanted their bunny hats.  Even JoAnna came by, but she's not sure about the little ones. She knows that Wysp in her mind is real, but not about the twins.

     

   

Pearl is setting up shop again.  She's serious about it this time.

JoAnna's Late Christmas Hello

With so much going on here at the house, baking, skating and watching shows and getting rid of some seasons of stuff, not to mention the new rooms, poor JoAnna never got a chance to get out and play during the holidays, but with the color of her coat, she might be able to for Valentines weekend.  Anyway, she looks just scrumptious on my night stand.

 

And some small toys came in for the new community.  I've been looking for this everywhere and finally found one in the state, so the shipping charges didn't rake me over the coals.

   
 
 
 

Winter Picnic Set for JoAnna

JoAnna received a very lovely little fairy winter picnic set the other day and I can't wait to show it to her. It was hand made by Enchanticals on Etsy. It consists of a glass bottle of Snow Candy, a blue fairy cup, blue trinket box, fairy cap, crystal ball, and glitter snowflake all on a silver base for easy transport. 

   
 

JoAnna's Winter Coat

JoAnna got the best present the other day.  Zozo from Sophies Attic made some really great winter coats for the girls and JoAnna had her eye on the pink one. This coat is from the Merveilleuse collection.  Came complete with coat, hat, tights and muff. JoAnna already had her great boots to complete the look.  I was able to get some quick pictures over the weekend, but still need to take her to the mall and antique store.

    

    

    

JoAnna has been talking to her self more lately, and we've figured out who she's talking too.  They might just be in the house by spring.
