So Joey and Izzy will be coming back soon. Hopefully Hurricane Irene wont make them later than what they are. I'm so excited to have them back and can't wait to see them. But while they are gone, I finally started to work on the little Jenny Wren dollhouse I got at the begining of the year. It came with the Magpie, which is now known as Gray Gardens. And now with putting up these pictures of this little house, I haven't even blogged about Gray Gardnes, going to have to fix that in the next few days.
I love how cute this little house is and how it matches it's big sister. I'm going to keep the same colors as Gray Gardens, even though it wont be in the same room. This way if they are ever togther again, they will always match. And the white and clean lines make it classy looking. I'm putting the same brick paper on the outside and the same paper for the shingles. I'm hoping to get it all finished this week and get it settled in it's new home on top of Hyacinth Cottage.
It'll be the perfect little place for Joey to hang out and keep all of her stuff. She won't be taking up room in her sisters room but she'll be close. This also gives me the time to fix the top of the cottage also and make it more user friendly. Yeah for me. So just some quick photos of it being dry fitted and primer painted white.
